Technical Support Analyst leading to Consultant - Full Time Position

Position Requirements:

About You:

You are analytical and ambitious, a team player with a customer service focus. This role requires that you have excellent problem solving/interpersonal skills and highly polished communications skills. You have demonstrated leadership skills and are interested in further developing your career by providing professional services (training and consulting) to our client base.

Education:

  • Bachelors’ Degree in Information Technology or equivalent

Experience:

  • MS SQL Server
  • Firewalls, Routers, Exchange Server
  • Windows XP/Vista/2003/2008
  • IIS6, IIS7
  • TCP/IP, HTTP
  • Excellent communications skills with a solid command of the English language (written and verbal)
  • Help desk experience an asset

The Role:

This position begins with an internship in our technical support department where you will provide technical support to Clients using our Help Desk solutions. As you master the technical expertise required to support our product and demonstrate a personal commitment to excellence in professional services, you will transition to our professional services practice area where you will assist clients with installation, and web-based training and consulting.

Ultimately, as you demonstrate your communications skills, technical expertise and dedication to client success, you will be given the opportunity to provide on-site training and consulting. Our on-site consultants are given a separate bonus for each engagement.
